Our designed cover range include thick (600gsm) front and back card covers with frosted plastic sheets to protect the book.
Or if you want to brand it yourself then our plain black cover option is for you, instead of card covers there's heavy-duty black 0.8mm thick plastic front and back covers.

The gym diary has 50 double sided sheets of logs giving enough space for 100 gym session logs.
Each page has space for the date at the top, logs for 10 weight based exercises (5 sets of reps and weight), 4 cardio exercise lines and space for notes at the bottom.
Although we don't offer customisation of the covers, we can customise the first page of the gym diary to include your logo and some text, this could be your contact and social media details, introduction or anything you like.

Our books are designed for personal trainers, groups, gyms, leisure centres and similar workout venues to sell or give to their clients, members or patrons. We don't allow selling of our books to the general public via websites, marketplaces such as eBay or through lifestyle brands as we sell directly to consumers so you would be competing directly with us.
You cannot claim to have designed or made these products yourself, however you do not need to disclose that we made them if you do not wish to. We retain copyright of the covers and internal pages however, we don’t include any of our branding within the books.
In March 2026 we discontinued our cover customisation service due to reduced resources, we currently have no plans to bring this back. If you want to use our gym diaries but need them to be branded then we do offer a plain black version which is perfect for adding stickers to.
Our minimum order is 1 book, perfect if you want to see what the book is like before committing to a bigger bulk order.
Yes, but it can take 2 - 3 weeks to dispatch depending on current stock levels. We do have a maximum order of 100 units without contacting us first.
During the checkout process you'll be able to upload a logo and adjust the text that shows under the boxes on the intro page. If you'd like a completely custom intro page and have it already designed (in A5 size) then get in touch and we'll see if we can print it for you.
The inside pages are printed in bulk and so the only page that can be customised is the intro page. We can however add pages for an additional fee, some of our customers include measurements tables, workout plans and more. Please get in touch with details and we can provide you with a price. A minimum order quantity of 10 is required for this.
For in-stock items, orders of 20 units or less are normally dispatched within 3 working days. Orders up to 50 units are usually dispatched within 1 week. Backorder items normally take at least 2 weeks. We can't offer quicker delivery because although items are in-stock, we customise the intro pages which require printing and assembling.
Delivery is free. We tend to use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all orders. All orders are tracked and you'll be provided with a tracking code once dispatched for you to manage your delivery including changing the day to deliver.

As we're a small business below the threshold for charging VAT on our products, there is no VAT to pay on your order.

Since the GPSR legislation came in we have unfortunately had to discontinue selling to Northern Ireland, the law requires us to either have a base in Northern Ireland/Europe or pay thousands a year to a company based there to continue trading with NI, so we just can't make that work as a small business. We do not ship outside of Great Britain.
