We've been making gym diaries for personal trainers, gyms and gym goers for nearly 10 years to track their workout sessions. Our branded personal trainer client log book service is a great way to show off your brand and keep your clients on track.

500gsm front and back gloss laminated covers, wirebound and protected with frosted plastic sheets.
Our custom workout log books are A5 sized and wirebound with 500gsm gloss laminated front and back covers. The cover can be customised with your logo in the middle, some text at the bottom and your choice of background colour.
Inside the book is 100 log pages and an intro page which can be customised with your choice of text to give your clients a brief message and your contact and social media details.
The gym diary has 50 double sided sheets of logs giving enough space for 100 gym session logs.
Each page has space for the date at the top, logs for 10 weight based exercises (5 sets of reps and weight), 4 cardio exercise lines and space for notes at the bottom.
The first page of the book has space for your client to add their details and dates for the logs.
Underneath is for your text, here you can add a message to your client, information about using the book and your contact and social media details.
In addition to the session logs, there's a few additional pages in each book including:
5 sets of 4-week workout planner spreads, giving space to plan 20 weeks of sessions.
Space for 8 of your favourite workout routines.
2 double sided lined sheets at the back of the book for notes.

We allow reselling of our books to your clients or within a gym setting. If you wish to sell our products to the general public then you’ll need to get permission from us to do so, we assess this on a case by case basis to ensure that you aren't competing directly with our gym diaries that we sell to the general public.
You cannot claim to have designed or made these products yourself, however you do not need to disclose that we made them if you do not wish to. We retain copyright of the internal pages. We don’t include any of our branding within the books.
In most cases, yes. We use photo quality printers for the covers and so should be able to provide a good quality print. Please upload the image as the logo and let us know in the notes section when you request a sample. The cover is printed in A5 size so you'll need to ensure you provide a file that works well at that size.
Yes, it's a full version of the book you would be buying if you placed a full order. You can only request one full sample, if you want changes to the initial sample then we'll send you a sample of just the cover without the rest of the book. When placing a sample request, we'll ask for some details like a website/social media presence to ensure that you are genuinely interested in placing an order for an actual business, if we suspect you're just trying to get a free gym diary then we will not send out your sample.
Yes we can take orders over 100 units. Please get in touch with the number of books you'd like to order and we'll let you know what kind of lead time you'll be looking at for them to be delivered. We don't charge any lower than the 100 price, so a unit price of £5 is the lowest we go.
If you ordered through our old website then there are some slight changes to the covers of our books. Instead of thin laminated card and a greyboard, the books now have thicker front and back laminated covers in order to replace the need for the greyboard.
We try to dispatch samples within 7 days, however sometimes it can take longer during busy periods. Please note if we suspect you don't have a genuine interest in placing an order, are not a personal trainer/gym or related business, are not within our service area or trying to get multiple samples then we reserve the right to not send a sample out.
The inside pages are printed in bulk and so the only page that can be customised is the intro page. We can however add pages for an additional fee, some of our customers include measurements tables, workout plans and more. Please get in touch with details and we can provide you with a price.
Delivery is free. For orders of 10 or 20 books, we tend to use Royal Mail and for orders over 20, we tend to use DHL. All orders are tracked and you'll be provided with a tracking code once dispatched for you to manage your delivery including changing the day to deliver.
If you need the books quicker, please get in touch to discuss quicker delivery options. If we have space in the production schedule to bring forward your order then we will.
As we're a small business below the threshold for charging VAT on our products, there is no VAT to pay on your order.
Our minimum order for branded gym diaries is 10 books. However, we do sell unbranded gym diaries over at our parent company York Stationery, the only difference is that the unbranded ones aren't laminated and include some additional workout planner pages.
